The name registered on your Account must match the name on your official identification document (such as your CNIC or passport). Discrepancies may delay or prevent KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
Where available, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This provides an additional layer of security beyond your password and materially reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws.
